When talking about something you’re going to put on or into your body, we think the term “best” needs to include being beneficial to your health and free from harmful chemicals. This seems to be especially important for those delicate and personal areas where natural, organic Aloe Cadabra is meant to go!

Is Lubricant Safe Enough To Eat?

“Is K-Y Lubricant (or other store brand personal lubricant) safe if swallowed?”
terrydbouvier answered “KY is just water and cellulose. Although it’s not intended to be eaten, it’s harmless if ingested”, but we think it’s wise to be more clear and cautious than that. Most personal lubricant brands have more than one formula, with a variety of features and ingredients. Some formulas of KY, for example, contain chemicals used primarily as food preservatives and in cleaning solutions and automotive antifreeze.

What I like about Aloe Cadabra is that it feels good. A lot of personal lubricants tend to be sticky, gooey, and gloppy. Dan and I don’t use lubricants very often, except for anal play or occasionally for masturbation, so while we’re not reaching for lubricant every day, we use it enough to have experienced the general stickiness of a lot of lubes. Aloe Cadabra doesn’t have that stickiness. It has the consistency of hand sanitizer, though it is much creamier. Just a small amount, about a dime-sized worth glop, is enough, though of course for certain activities it never hurts to use a bit more.

This very soft and gentle lubricant provides a very sensual and enjoyable experience. I used it with an adult sex toy on a not-too-excited moment and had no issues. The lavender scent definitely assisted with a more calming sense. It is translucent in color, so no worries in regards to staining… A definite plus! As it is Aloe based, I used it on my daughter when she received a burn on her arm. She LOVED it and especially the scent!
