Private Hawaiian Massage

The massage is outside amidst lush tropical gardens in Hawaii overlooking the ocean in my private “hale.” Gentle breezes brush my naked body. The sounds of the ocean calm my mind, body and soul. The silence allows my body to float with ecstasy receiving the warmth of the shells as I close my eyes and allow my body to receive it ALL. The massage ends with my body awakening in absolute bliss. I am told to take all the time I want to enjoy the breezes, the moment. My hand slips downward toward my “magic genie” clitoris. Ecstatic Dancing with the Dolphins

My lover and I are alone on the beach. The dolphins are dancing gracefully in the water before us! The sun warms our bodies. The water sparkles as the dolphins circle and play. As we embrace, we feel a gentle breeze. We watch their dance to their own music. Such amazing creatures! Playfully we attempt to “dance” and move like them… then laugh as we fall together onto our beach blankets, avoiding the sand, and protecting the Mai Tai’s. This is an experience of bliss… as we gently massage each other happy that we have this time together to simply “BE.” (not have to “DO”) Can we be this smooth and graceful?… perhaps if we slow down to enjoy every moment. Let’s make this moment last forever. We each reach for some juicy Aloe Cadabra, warmed by the sun… the picture on the tube IS that graceful movement like the dolphins! Sexual Trauma: Awakening the Body from Trauma

Aloe Cadabra is “As Natural as Nature.” This product clearly fits with my work of over 40 years of specializing in trauma, and especially Sexual Trauma, which can clearly manifest in difficulties in relationships and sexual expression. (Sexual expression is one of my most favorite topics… besides golf.) Many trauma survivors do not know their bodies – what their bodies look like, how they function, and where certain body parts are located. Then of course, there are the negative messages, shame and guilt.
