After the birth of our second child, I was experiencing dryness and post partem depression. With the extra tasks from having a newborn, time was short, stress was high and the the thought of physical intimacy became less appealing, since it was uncomfortable. As we lost our physical connection, our relationship suffered on every level. We were confused, frustrated and didn’t know that dryness was normal or that there were simple and enjoyable solutions that were designed to work with and support my body’s natural processes. Slowly as we stroke our bodies, we come to a moment of true ecstasy… the music of our bodies crescendos, the orchestra joins together, and the climax of the music opens our bodies and souls joyously with gratitude for this experience. We went to Death Valley and we found LIFE. Standing on top of the Black Mountains an amazing colorful rock formation, we felt like we were flying as we reached up to touch the sky. Everywhere we looked we could see and have another surprise moment, with something new to experience. We saw narrow canyons, plants, flowers, salt flats, vibrant colors and natural wonders everywhere. Our hearts felt alive with joy and love for each other. Imagine celebrating our relationship here in this valley of LIFE.
